CAMPING & TOURING TARIFF 2012

No all male or all female group bookings We are a small, quiet, family orientated holiday park and for this reason, do not accept group bookings by more than 3 people of the same sex or by those under 21 years of age.

• The "Ley Park" field is open from Saturday 31st March to Friday 15th September 2012.
• The "Meadow" field is only open during the High Season, from Saturday 21st July to Saturday 18th August.
• We charge per person, with no more than 6 people to be accommodated per pitch.
• A "Pitch" is defined as being a space for 1 tent, or 1 caravan, or 1 motorhome.
• Children under 3 years old can stay free of charge.
• The use of the hot showers and dish washing facilities is included in the tariff.
• Electrical hook-ups are let only on a per week basis and MUST NOT be shared between pitches.
• Balances must be paid 28 days before the start of your holiday ON ALL pitches booked. PLEASE NOTE: Once you have returned your booking form you have entered into a LEGAL CONTRACT.
• NO GENERATORS OF ANY FORM ARE PERMITTED.
• Dogs are accepted on our camping fields PROVIDED that there are no more than TWO per pitch and that they are kept on a short lead at all times and that their owners clear up any mess immediately and dispose of it in the rubbish bins. We like dogs, but not all of our guests do, please respect this. We do not permit dogs or pets of any form in any of our self catering accomodation (cottages, lodges or static caravans) at any time. If you have friends or family staying in self catering accommodation, you must not take your dogs into the accommodation.

Making a booking
Please contact us here to make a booking, or to enquire about availability. A non-returnable deposit of A MINIMUM OF £50 OR 25% OF THE TOTAL BOOKING FEES, WHICHEVER IS THE GREATER AMOUNT will be required within 7 days of making a provisional booking. However, if your TOTAL BOOKING FEES ARE UNDER £50 please enclose the full amount with your booking form.

You may pay by Credit or Debit card over the telephone if you prefer.

PLEASE NOTE. We have large numbers of return visitors year after year, please do book early to avoid disappointment. While we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific pitches or for friends or family members to be located on adjoining pitches, we regret that this may sometimes not be possible.
