Lodges Prices and Availability
Prices in BOLD TYPE with a * next to them indicate that the lodges are all already booked, or are provisionally booked at the time of the last website update. Please contact us to confirm current availability. We have two 2 bedroom Country Lodges, three 2 bedroom Pine Lodges and three 3 bedroom Pine Lodges, therefore not until all of a particular type of lodge is booked, will the price become highlighted with an *.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permited inside any of our lodge  or caravan accommodation.

Access Statement

None of our lodges are purpose built for use by the disabled, nor are the communal areas of the bar, games room, swimming pool, shop, laundry or shower block.

All lodges have steps up to them. Parking is available immediately outside all of the lodges except for the Two Bedroom Pine lodges, where parking is available within 50 metres.

St. Tinney is by nature, a converted working farm, therefore pathways and road surfaces are often uneven.

If you, or a member of your party have a disability or problems with mobility or access, please mention this at the time of booking and we will be happy to advise you on the suitability of the accommodation.

Making a booking
Please contact us here to make a booking, or to enquire about availability. When you make a provisional booking, you will be asked to pay a minimum deposit of 25% of the total booking cost within 7 days, or the full amount, if the booking date is within 28 days of the time of booking. You can pay via a Credit or Debit card over the telephone, if you prefer. If you pay a deposit, the outstanding balance must be paid 28 days before your arrival.

Availability and prices shown are correct at time of last website update and as is usual with the holiday industry may be subject to change. Prices are per week (unless otherwise stated), per Lodge and include VAT.

Short Breaks
Short breaks of three nights or more are offered out of high season please click here for more details.

We do not let the caravans out over the winter months, but our Lodges are available all year round.

Pets
We do not accept pets of any kind in any of our lodges at any time.

All male or all female group bookings

We are a small, quiet, family orientated holiday park and for this reason, do not accept group bookings by more than 3 people of the same sex, or by those under 21 years of age.
