About St. Tinney Farm Country and Fishing Holidays
St. Tinney Farm is a peaceful place with a warm and friendly atmosphere. A farm since before the time of the Domesday Book, it has now been converted to a delightful holiday park, which provides an excellent standard of accommodation, only 4 miles from the sea and beaches.

Visitors may walk around our 34 acres of land, following the nature trails if they wish. Our beautiful secluded valley has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest by English Nature, due to the abundance of wild flowers and wildlife.

We are lucky enough to have been ten times winners of the prestigious Gold Award for Conservation from Professor David Bellamy.

Although set in a peaceful location, St. Tinney is conveniently situated 1 mile from the main A39 Atlantic Highway. This makes us an ideal setting for exploring the year round delights of both Devon and Cornwall.

We have five coarse fishing lakes for the use of our visitors. Two are stocked with carp and tench, while the others are stocked for mixed coarse fishing.

Graded 4 star, "Excellent" by Visit Britain (formerly the English Tourist Council), our 6 lodges & 2 cottages are double-glazed, centrally heated and insulated for year round use. We also have six modern caravan holiday homes, attractively arranged in a small group. Good quality white "hotel style" bed linen is provided, free of charge, in all our lodges, cottages and caravans and beds are made up ready for visitors' arrival.

Our "Ley Park" camping field has twenty touring pitches, ten of which have electrical hook-ups. Our "Meadow" touring field is only open during the high season. We have a centrally heated shower & toilet block for the use of those camping & touring, fully re-furbished for the 2012 season.

St. Tinney Farm is a small family orientated holiday park, owned and run by Michael, Elizabeth, Mark, Philip and Simone Windley and their families.
